To Whom It May Concern,

It has been over a month since our day of closing. We were the buyers. I took the time to hold off writing this review to accurately reflect how Larry Williams, Kee Reality, handled our search for a home, negotiated the deal, processed the paperwork, and followed up with the new homeowner’s loose ends.

Larry Williams listened to our unusual purchase requirements. Over several weeks he would direct us to various addresses that met most of our requirements. He arranged a convenient time to meet us at each location. He would discuss what possibilities we could do to remedy any concerns of the property differences and let us know if certain remedies would be difficult to accomplish.

We finally settled on a home with property that met most requirements. Larry did a showing of our final consideration multiple times allowing different family members access. Larry was sensitive and remained available to assist for any financial questioning without prying into our personal finances. Once we decided to make the purchase Larry knew how to broker the deal by combining various items to make it easier for the seller, while at the same time, making it financially advantageous for us, the buyer.

The next stage was to do the purchase agreement. Larry, being a people person, made time to prepare the paperwork and sit down with us to discuss every detail being represented. He wanted us to understand exactly what we were signing and entertained any questions we had. He built in clauses that made it easier for the seller to WANT to sell their property to us. Larry knew what items were important to us and which items were not. He knew what we were capable of doing on our own and what was necessary for the seller to complete before we signed the line.

Resources for a home inspection were available via Larry should we desire that service. He never pressured us to use his source, but they were competitive and ultimately, we did choose to do so. We were very pleased with the quality and completeness of the inspection. Larry attended the inspection and made sure we were comfortable with the inspection progress.

This was one of the more complicated closings we’ve participated in as the sellers had unusual internal family difficulties to overcome and delays before they could properly close. Larry attended the closing and remained available afterwards.

Because we allowed the seller access for multiple days after the closing Larry was on site to make sure the final inspection and key transfer went smoothly. There were a couple other legal items that needed to be dealt with. Larry placed on his calendar to remind us of the various inspections, tests, paperwork to file, etc. After all was completed, Larry made several contacts just to be sure we were satisfied with everything about the transaction. We were.
